OUSD is excited to partner with Alameda County Office of Education, Alameda County Offices Public Health Department and local community clinics including La Clinica de La Raza and LifeLong Medical Care to host pop-up vaccine clinics at schools across the city to increase vaccine access for students 12 years and older and families.

Please note the following consent requirements: For Frick United and Life Academy Pop-up events, students must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to the vaccine appointment. For all other events, written parental consent provided during registration will be accepted, and students do not need to have a parent or guardian present during the vaccine appointment.
